Our company's policy is to ensure all employees have a legal right to work in the United States. To accomplish this, TPG has created a higher standard than is required in the US to guarantee the employees' legality.

Government Employment Verification Program

Basic Pilot/E-verify Program
TPG participates in the Basic Pilot Program, now called E-Verify. this program is a computer-based employment verification program which matches Social Security numbers with names.

Social Security Checks
All employees must have a valid Social Security number, verified through the SSA.

Non-Government Detailed Verification

Background Checks
TPG performs a detailed background check on all prospective employees, We match information provided on the application to the information provided from the background check (i.e., Social Security number, address, and any violations if applicable.)

Internal Audits
TPG audits all Form I-9's and Social Security numbers quarterly to detect any errors and ensure their validity.
